Default Skynet again! (AKA FLying Together)

Anyone else having problems with the new and improved "My Info" page?

When you click on employee services, then My Info, it takes you to a page that says something about new and improved, click here to experience the new version, we have detected you are running IE11.

You click the link and get some weird error message. It's not a big deal for the moment, but getting tired of IT's constant failures. No access to on line pay checks or Skynet pay registers. Oh, and I can't self nominate for my perfect attendance...

Chrome still doesn't work... Windows 10 doesn't help.

Works fine for me just now on Win 10 Pro with Chrome 46.0.2490.86 m (64-bit). Can see profile, payroll stubs, all of it.

Are you using IE 11 or MS Edge? I've had problems with Edge in other areas of Skynet but after searching for Internet Explorer on Win 10 and using that, it also works fine.

Maybe do a full history/cookies/cache clear in your browser?

Simply because of Skynet, I have Edge, IE 11, Firefox and Chrome on my PC. When one stops working, I curse a few times and try again in a different browser.

I really don't like Edge, but it is working for now. No idea why IE11 stopped working. I guess it'll have to do. Funny thing is, when I do Edge, it detects "I am using Chrome." But I'm not.

Thanks.

Ok, UAL IT strikes again. I usually try to keep pretty informed, but this one is out of left field.

Completely new "My Info" page with cartoon like 3" square button to click, like you are back in kindergarten. Lots of stuff there, lots of missing data. One that may or may not be planning on migrating existing data, Emergency contact info.

A lot of other stuff needs input too, that they should already have the info. Like veterans status. However it is a good place to look up your fellow employees, based on name.

Pay register, pay checks, statement of earnings, back to Sept 2011. One perdiem report from 2013. Hmm, yup, current. Pass rider info, no idea if this takes precedence over employee res. Pass/travel report isn't really. Seems to be just official DH, no pass info included. However, I will say, the "Your Benefits Resource" take you to the outside web page, and is very well organized. Probably not a UAL IT product. Shockingly, lack of info on the new process. MEC and ALPA comm also seem to be silent on this new stuff. No idea if they knew it was coming. I've PDR'ed it.

Again, seems to be working for most people, except me, just seems like my lot in life. Windows 10 upgrade from Win9 pro.
1. IE11 - no worky
2. Chrome - no worky
3. Cartoonish kid friendly, insulting MS Edge - seems to work ok.

You filed a PDR because you don't like the tiles? Did you try accessing the site with your company issued iPad?

Once you finish critiquing skynet can you file a PDR for ALPA to fix the horrendously organized UA and National site. Very poorly organized for trying to find information.

Agreed, the ALPA web site is a mess.

No, I didn't file the PDR because of the cartoon buttons. I filed the PDR because UAL IT rolled out yet another product that doesn't work full of holes and missing data. Looking for a way to get it to work.

...Helpful Ideas?

I have never had a problem using Skynet on my personal iPad or the company one. Now the ULN, that's a whole other story!

Wasn't skynet responsible for the end of the world?
