And yes, if it after 1759, then noon is the earliest. But they give you an assignment before that, then it is 1000, eventhough you don't acknowledge it until 2359.

Where do we find these corrections?

I double checked the ALPA UAL Contract Legality Guide, but it's dated 2013. However, it does match the current UPA on Content Locker.

I'm just wondering if I am missing out on other tidbits of the contract.

Download the UPA from the UAL ALPA webpage. That version (implementation date of February 1st, 2015) will have a few extra notes throughout the UPA with more up to date corrections.

This was first published in a DYK (Did You Know) 2014-02, second from the bottom. All of them are worth reading.

Also, the System Schedule Committee (SSC) puts a monthly report that's got some very good info in it. For instance this in January's,

"The company still plans to maximize the training in most every fleet from now thru May 2016. But does show now show some tapering of use of outside facilities starting in April. They are maxed out at both training facilities and are training at outside locations on every fleet except for the 747. The company still plans on approximately 70 to 80 new hires on the A320 and 737 every month through at least April 2016."

Thanks!

I get the SSC monthly emails, they've provided numerous useful nuggets for me.
