I have a meet and greet coming up. How likely will it result to an interview invite?

Pretty likely. You'll probably be sent the hogan bio inventory link after a few weeks. However don't get discouraged if you don't get instant gratification. Is your resume and flight time strong?

It depends. Could be months before you hear. It was for me. Buddy of mine had a meet and great last year. Still no call.

Which cpo?

It was roughly 2 years from my M&G until I got the call.... But I was also on the pretty low time side when the M&G happened and I checked a few more boxes after that.

Mine was in IAD, my buddies in IAH.

I'd say it's very likely. Since they revamped the process this year, they greatly limited the number of M&Gs a CP is allowed to do each year (I believe it is 24), and in the words of one they now only want to see "the best of the best."

I assume they carry significantly more weight now, and will more likely directly lead to an invite.

On subject, how can we set one up for the ones we consider the "best of the best"?

I stopped by and chatted with my CP, talked up my bud and asked if I could help him get on in any way. CP gave me his card and told me to email his resume, which I did attached to an introduction and LOR.
