Just a quick question...

What date of hire would one need to be able to collect into the profit sharing -- do you require a minimal amount of time on property?

You have to be here an entire 365 day year Jan 1 to Dec 31, then the following feb you will get a profit share check

What about people on various forms of leave???

Proportional to your income in the profit sharing year. No income, no profit sharing.

The United pilots' MEC passed a resolution to attempt to change it from the time you are hired.

Hope I make it back sooner rather than later in that case...

you get a proportional amount if you are returning from Mil Leave (not sure on the other LOAs or furlough bypass)… in effect you get a percentage for the months you are back between 1 Jan and 31 Dec.
