Don't Update Your iPad
 

Message says on to update to 9.3.4. As soon as I did this, Content Locker crashed. Uninstall and reinstall, same issue. Called iPad support and they say they are aware that Content Locker is down. Don't know if the update was the issue or not, but in the interim I highly recommend skipping it until this all gets resolved.

Updated yesterday (I was still on iOS 8.something), everything works fine. Maybe you're just bad at iPad.

Well THAT is a given. According to the EFB Help Desk I'm not alone. Large amount of calls with the issue. Will be interesting to see what they come up with before my trip tomorrow...

Go to Flying Together and upload the required manuals into iBooks. Also FD Pro apparently has some manuals.

REQUIRED IPAD EFB MATERIAL

The EFB portion of the iPad consists of the following items that must be kept current per the preflight requirements of this chapter:

• FM

• FM Checklists

• FOM

• WOM

• QRH (if issued)

• MEL Manual (if issued)

• JeppFD-Pro

Also in content locker crash mode.....completely unusable. Did not update the iOS.

U can access these required pubs in JeppFD-Pro... So there is a backup to use if CL is not working.

FYI, a new version of content locker is now available.

Mine is working fine, it was pushed a new version of content locker..no problems as of now.

It's fine now after the Content Locker Update
