Guppy to VCV?

Ok all you who are smarter than me (which is pretty much everyone). Anyone know why flight 2130/9 is going SFO-VCV? I don't see a charter packet which is usually the case if it's for the troops. In UAL land, going to VCV usually means the jet is taking its "final flight". Are we retiring guppies and someone forgot to tell us?

Could also be the paint shop, done many

If anyone doing these stumbles across this, tower used to close at 2200, non-FAA, weak notams, taxiway closures common, poorly lit,

pilot controlled lighting (black hole until you remember to turn the runway/taxiway lights on), Edwards drone ops in area on Joshua app., active 17, heads up.

Thanks for the answers guys!! I just had flashbacks to 2001 :(

Glad to hear there's a logical explanation and thanks for the heads up on the ops side of things
