Where's the g-line?

When I look at the vacancy bidding page in CCS, I can see what percentage I would sit at in the various categories, but I'm not sure where the g-line sits other than in my own. (EWR 737 FO, 88%) Can someone direct me where to find how close or far I'd be to holding a line if I switched fleets or bases?

CCS then PBS, then in the documents posted in the tabs. Published monthly.

Careful what you bid as evidenced by DCA 777 FO.

On fleets that aren't overstaffed the aim is to have the G Line fall around 81%.

rob,

Go to CCS, Bidding, PBS,

There are three links available when you open PBS

My Reports, CAT Award Reports, System Documents

Click on System Documents
The second link down is the G Line and bidding parameters link

That's your Huckleberry.

Outsider looking in, where does the term g-line come from?

I'm guessing it's UAL slang for something like the last reliable lineholder spot...?
