Hogan to interview invite timeframe?

What is the current wait time from passing the Hogan to receiving the interview invite?

Mine was a couple of days. YMMV.

Yup, couple of days.

It's been two weeks since I passed (second time), I haven't heard a thing.

3 months from Hogan to interview invite. That was last summer though.

Hey fellas.. I have 13k hours. The past 17 years I have been doing 121 Regional work. I only have 2 yr degree. Is there any chance UPS will hire me?

UPS hired someone with a highschool diploma and some college credit. But that person was in the pool a long time and they were well connected to several UPSers. So, I would say that it is possible but understand that an interview is very likely (job fair and rec letter a must), a pool letter slightly less (succesful interview) and a firm job offer much less (selected out of the pool). There are so many qualified applicants for UPS to choose from, hours and type ratings are only a small piece of what probably drives the pool score high enough to get pulled out.

I'm in the discovery stage at this time. Just not wanting to spend tons of money and time to get my bachelors to get a job. At this late stage in my life, 50 years old, its very tough to do that. I am not opposed to hard work. I know I would fit in with UPS guys but I just need recruiting to meet me.

I don't believe anyone other than a recruiter could answer your question. The information gleaned here can only serve as informational at best.

My class (Jan/17) had a mix of various backgrounds... with 2 guys coming from the commuters. One worked at UPS in college for 3 years, and the other had international military experience. Everyone in my class had a Bachelors or better.

Not having a college degree or 1000 TPIC will always be a deterrent until the people you're competing against for the job don't have those things either. Then another discriminator will be used to stack the applicants.

My opinion is that you have very little chance. I say that not to discourage you but to to give you an honest assessment of where you stand. Also, total time is a qualifier, but more does not mean better.
