Phone interview last Thursday. It went well and was told to look for the link to the Hogan soon. I've been prepping for the Hogan, so I should be ready when the link arrives. My biggest concern is getting my logbook in order if I pass the Hogan. Haven't kept it up in the last couple of years! Yikes!

Just finished the phone interview and already got the link to the Hogan. I saw RST provides the prep. Does anybody know if they refund your money if you don't pass? I heard they do, just curious. I was also told if you pass you are still not guaranteed an interview.

The Hogan is a personality screening. There really is no 'prep' for it as each company is able to set what qualifiers and disqualifiers that they see fit. If RST is selling a prep for it, I think they're blowing smoke. I do know that RST preps for technical exams for several companies, but the Hogan is more of a screening than a test. Not saying this to freak you out but I keep hearing guys referring to the Hogan as a study-able test and it's really not. Just answer honestly and consistently and if the company likes your personality traits based on the test, then you go to the next round!

Have to agree with that...at least from my personal experience. I passed Hogan about two months ago without hiring any prep course. You will get about 100ish questions but a half of those are basically same questions, just written in a different way. Be honest and consistent on your answers. Good luck!
