I passed the Hogan last week as well....I was told to wait for sim meeting date. That's as far as how far I have got.

I have heard that December's vacancy did not staff the 3 -8s set to be delivered this year.

So unless there's excess staffing on the Whale right now, that's something...

True.....we had hiring guys onboard our plane a few weeks ago on their way back from Vegas job fair. They are to hire 301 this year. This is exactly in line with company announcement. Right now, that's what the number is until the company says otherwise.

How exactly were you told to "wait for sim meeting date"? You mean to expect an interview? It's not just a "sim meeting"..

I passed the Hogan on 4/27 and recieved a callback on 5/4 however I was flying and the voicemail stated to call back Monday with my availability to talk again.

I was inquired via email about my availability for sim evaluation. I know it's going to be more than a sim meeting. Nothing in reply from UPS yet.

The caveat was if Atlanta orders a bid they have to run one.

I also wonder about our current manning on the 747 and the 3 800s coming this year.
