There is a guy that posts them a couple of days before the drop. Expect every seat and fleet. 74 trng is catching up. No way to tell what you will get as you choose by age and who knows what other guys want. Roll the Dice.
The only reason to come here is the pension and with 70K employees to include the manages loosing theirs (Frozen) in 2023 it will be a fight to keep ours in the next contract. Globalization is not in our favor but they can afford it. I know its tied to management but they are losing theirs.
I foresee a lot of guys who came here or are coming here for that sole reason being somewhat disappointed in the future. Just think if you pass of Delta to come here only to have the pension frozen and you still have to fly nights. This job is only worth it if you can leave at 60 with a paycheck.
Think long and hard on what type of flying you will do and for a company with a hateful culture. Do not underestimate how bad the culture is and how it will effect you. Many of us are past V1 but if I was in my 30's with what I know and see, I would consider UAL/DAL/SWA and live in domicile and save your money verse hope for a pension to survive, sleep at night and not be treated like a second class citizen which you are here.

Enhanced Open Time Opportunities for Pay Period 17-08
Beginning with pay period 17-08, UPS will invoke Article 1.A.4. of the contract to allow crewmembers to pick up open time on vacation days (VAC). The Company will also invoke Article 13.K.11. for pay period 17-08, to allow crewmembers to be paid open time on top of guarantee. This change in policy was reviewed with the IPA's Executive Board in response to the current training surge. The combination of growth and elevated training events caused by the acquisition of the 747-8, contractual changes, attrition, and other network changes, is stretching our operational limits to cover flights and ensure timely service to our customers.
Earlier this year we reported to you that we planned to hire about 300 new pilots in 2017. We now expect that the number could be as high as 325. Based on current trends, hiring for 2018 looks to be similar. Thank you for your support during these exciting times of growth for our airline.

Junior Capt is 8/15 and is ANC MD.
Some bypassers will upgrade while others able to upgrade will bypass; I bet more elect to bypass since we have senior FOs making >$300k and many FOs making $250k without really trying. Why upgrade if you make the money we do as FOs? If you can't live on $250k a year you can't live on $350k either.
