Just curious, for those in the pool is it first-in first-out. Or, are you fished out of the pool based on the fleet choices for that class.

Nobody knows how it works for going into and out of the pool. It’s all based on points you scored (or something like that) during the interview process. Some tread water for a day, others for a year or more. Interviewees that score higher than you but interviewed after you can be called before you ever get the call for a class date.
