I disagree. Keep it confusing and convoluted as the rest of our websites, manuals, etc ... its not going to get any easier as a new hire !

I used the link from Boiler to look at the 2018 job posting and hit apply. The system prompted me to log in with my email and PW and now I saw that I have an App that is ON FILE from last year and an APP that is ACTIVE from this year. Hoping ACTIVE means one step closer to an interview.

Planning on attending a few job fairs this year and keep working on building my contacts.

Also I see that on this years app there is a question: "Tell us why you are applying for this job?" Hope I answered that one correctly...

I applied last year and my app still says 'active' and 'completed' when I log-in. I'm able to update it also. I have not taken the Hogan so perhaps that's why it's still allowing me to update my 2017 app. I don't know.

I would add you the SAME email as last year. You want them to know that you have applied prior. And all applicants, even those with class dates have to reapply.
