Default Job Application-Snap Rejection

Anyone have an idea why my application keeps getting snap rejected? I meet all the minimums and am currently flying a 74 for an ACMI.

I feel like there must be something in my application I'm messing up, but maybe it's just due to other more qualified people having apps in?

Anyone else have this problem? Below is the email I get immediately after applying.

Hi ****:

Thank you for your interest in UPS and the "First Officer" position.
While you were not selected for this position, we are inviting you to join Stella which will automatically consider you for all other open roles at UPS and other high performance companies in the private Stella network.

Do you have any internal recommendations? If so, contact them and have them call HR and inquire. FWIW, I recommended a friend and he also received that very same message. They ended up calling him in for an interview, but it took a couple months and a visit to a job fair.

I will be attending the Orlando Job Fair. Maybe I can figure out what's wrong there.

I received the same email. I meet all qualifications and after the fact I had a friend recommend me from the inside but Im still under On File status. I will be at the job fair in Orlando as well and hoping that does the trick.

I got the same email. I can't even go into my app to see what's wrong. Their system says my app is on file. When I click on it the system replies "your application does not need updating at this time".

Anyone getting the email able to go back into your app?

Did you use the larger size, 1.44MB floppy disc when submitting your app? That might be the problem. Our computers can't handle files that large.

..but on the bright side it looks like your app is being downloaded as we speak. See? It's almost there..

Seriously though, don't give up! It's probably a computer glitch of some kind.
(HR must be using the same software we have for our online catering? :-/ )

You've received some excellent advice here.
1) Ask your reference(s) to call and find out.
2) Ask them in person at the job fair. Bring printouts of the message you see on your end.
-> Ideally 1 & 2.

Wish you all the best!

PS.
Hang in everyone. HR department just got approved for a major software upgrade. I was told they're aiming for the stars!

Windows 3.1 HERE WE COME! ! !
