Some of the previous posts made it seem negative!

It was a humorous opportunity to remind everyone that these posts are monitored by EVERYONE with any skin in the game (UPS, FAPA, etc.).

I'll look back later and try to find the specific posts mentioned.
Did they happen to talk about the instrument rating question?

I didn't take it as negative at all. I took it as a chuckle from the group while discussing the nuances of the Hogan and the possibility to retake, if not successful. The screen shot of this particular question was brought up by a guy(can't remember his name) from FAPA while Dan Thomas answered the questions being asked about the Hogan.
There were others also with regards to current hiring.

Hope that helps

The humor was Tom Hiltner's voice over while reading the post...and mostly him reading the "you must be a psychopath...get help now"...that got a chuckle.

The point that FAPA was making is that forums are not necessarily the best source of useful information. There was nothing negative taken from the OPs question.

Well that’s a shame. Many of us only come on here to offer legit and straight forward information. Over a year ago when I was trying to get hired I used this forum to gather insight on UPS. Several pilots stepped forward and gave me good pointers. And actually still do...

Over the past few months several candidates have reached out to me for advice. I’ve given my honest assessment, and shared my journey. There is certainly plenty of banter and drama around APC, but hidden in the depths are jewels of knowledge about the company and the process of getting hired.

I'm honored!

Not the first time my pearls of wisdom have floated through the halls of the head shed.

The post was brought up to discuss the Hogan deeper and add a little humor to the presentation thanks to the reply. It was in no way a shot at you. At least that was my interpretation.

Quick question for those that attended the job fair in the past. How long did it take to get the invite for the Hogan test and interview.
