Default JS from ANC to EWR or PHL

Hey my trip is ending in ANC on the 3rd and was Courious if you all have a direct flight to either EWR or PHL on the 4th? If so, how does one book it?

Thanks from a Fedex guy

Sorry, none going to either.

I think we only operate EWR-ANC a few times a week. But none the other direction. B767 guys would know more.

The east bound MDs and B747s go SDF and ONT

Thanks for the reply. I was looking for an excuse to ride you before I retire. Will have to wait another day.

767 goes ANC to RFD, except when the MD breaks

Hi everyone,

I work for an airline in Alaska and I would like to have some info about jumpseating from EWR to ANC.

I know the route is operated on a 767, I would like to know what is the seating arrangement of this aircraft, and if someone would be able to sleep on the seats. Is the recline good any good ?

Is this route very busy with UPS or other airline jumpseaters ?
Is there a shuttle from EWR passenger terminal to the UPS offices ?

Finally, being that the flight leaves early in the morning, I would have to commute to EWR the evening before, is there any place to hangout at the UPS office or should I just sit an wait at the airport main terminal?

Sorry for the multiple questions, I appreciate all of your time into my request.

Thank you and have a nice day.

The jumpseats on a 767 at UPS recline slightly and are ok but not comfortable. They are in the cockpit and in the path to the bathroom.

There is no shuttle from the EWR terminal to the UPS operations. You will have to walk or take a uber.

There is a small room with about 5 recliners and a tv in which you can wait. There is also a small room with I think two twin beds.

I'm not able to answer your other questions sorry.

I rarely see a jumpseater. There are three fold down jumpseats against the rear cockpit bulkhead. The observer seat is a little more comfortable than the actual jumpseats. I doubt anyone would care if you went prone across the three seats.

UPS 767 jumpseat is a medieval torture device. It’s bad. Avoid it is you have any other options.
