Upgrades and Retirements
#11
True, but the bottom fringe of upgrades will always have a possibility of reaching further down the list. Point in case: as of yesterday, my rudimentary perusal of standing bids had at least 5 folks that had bid an upgrade on mock 2 (but weren't there on mock 1) had pulled their bids back to their current seat. The award tomorrow, my belief, will be quite different from mock 2. Captain awards will not go past mid-2005 hires, but I expect that to change as more bids happen to staff the incoming 747's.

The Santa Clause Bid is a blip. 2018 will be the year of retirements and upgrades and new hires. Add in "Peak" 2018-January-March. Our EB is playing chess and they are playing...nothing. And if every pilot did the work of one pilot.....

Looking at the APC profile it says the junior CA is a 2005 hire. Accurate?
What is a realistic seniority number (or overall seniority percentage) to bid CA?
APC profile also has all the mandatory retirements up to 2033. Still accurate? Everything looks in line except for the 2031 number (437). Is that correct? Any chance of updated numbers past 2033?
