Anybody have any insight on that by chance?
DS,
Same here. After I had an internal recommendation get submitted, I’m locked, except for the contact info. Before that, it was able to be edited. Hope that’s good news.

In my experience, locked except for contact info is a very good sign. My ‘17 app went to this after the Hogan and my ‘18 app went to this condition after my interview was scheduled.

Same here: “Active” and locked except for the contact details. Anyone care to share how long it took to get the Hogan or a phone call? I’m going on two weeks since locking with nothing. Been checking my inbox and junk mail with gusto.

Default Application “complete”

For the past 18 months my application was listed as “active”. When I checked on it last night it was listed as “complete”. Has anyone seen this before?

Question for military applicants: how would I account for T-6 time? I have a significant amount, but it doesn't fall under Jet or ME Turboprop. Right now I just have it accounted for under my total fixed wing time and total military sorties. Suggestions?

I’ve been told that this topic was addressed with HR a while ago and they said that T-6 time was consistent with the type of hours they were looking for. At the time, the advice was pick one (Jet or ME turboprop), be consistent, but clearly and accurately break it out on your resume. That may not be the case now, and I would consider doing it the way you have done it....IF you have >1000 hours PIC in jet or ME tp. If not, add it, you have nothing to lose and can clarify with them at a job fair.

Default PIC Time

Hey guys small question for you. I am looking to submit my application to UPS, but am afraid I may enter into the locked category of applications. I understand my flight experience is low, but believe it is worth a try... Any input would be great.

Total time 3200
Turbine 121 time 1900
Turbine 121 PIC 630

I will be attending OBAP. I also will have an internal recommendation.

Thanks everyone that takes the time to respond.

If you are attending OBAP this month, I would create an email address and submit an app. You never know, they could really like you. I believe the 1000 hour PIC min was dropped to give them flexibility for just such an occasion. If they don’t unlock your app, it’s ok....you have to submit a new one in January anyways. If you need to update that one and it is still locked (say you pass the 1000 hour milestone), then submit a new app with a different email address (reason I suggest creating an email earlier). Good luck.

I was interviewed in March and just started in the July class. I did not list my T-6 time under jet or ME Turbo prop. If I remember right I did have it in my Total Time and then spelled out total/IP/EP for it in the comments section. I tried logging in and giving you exactly what I did but everything is locked. It seemed to work for me, but I’m not sure if they updated the app since I last updated it. PM me if you have any questions.
