UPS Hiring Criteria
 

Hello to all, does anyone know how much weight is put on college GPA for consideration for employment with UPS? My GPA is embarrassingly low (less than 2.5), but I’ve since gone on to fly military (Blackhawk), Army maintenance test pilot, and am now an FO for a regional. Is my GPA a deal breaker?

Nope. There are a number of pilots at UPS that don’t even HAVE a degree. Your GPA is a non-issue.

I would look at more than the GPA, such as; I was working and had a heavy course load, I was in a very tough and competitive major, be able to explain it if asked. I myself had a poor GPA and a few withdrawals in my first few years. I finished well, but was a slow starter.

My GPA was lower than 2.5 and I got hired. So, non issue. I don’t think they even look at it. Just to see if you have degree or not.
