Friend of a friend failed his Hogan ~9 months ago but he retook it very recently and passed.
No rhyme or reason as to when they’ll give you another chance so 6 months from now have your sponsor(s) check in with the HR or try to meet up with the HR at one of the job fairs.
Good luck.

If you look into just how predictive these personality tests are, they are next to worthless:

Fortunately, with a minimum of coaching, they can be gamed.

A 2007 review of academic literature published inPersonnel Psychologyfound that correlations between personality and job success fall in the .03 to .15 range, which the authors noted was “close to zero.”
“To put these correlations in perspective, personality tests used in employee selection account for approximately 5 percent of an employee’s job success, while the other 95 percent of their performance is unaccounted for by personality,” the authors wrote.

Failed test. Was polite about it to the company and minded my manners on social media (including here). Followed up through my rec and with the contacts I'd made in the process exactly six months later. Received the email and passed. I can smell second year pay now.
