It took 6 weeks for me to get called after passing the Hogan. Interviewed July first and had an acceptance letter a week later.

That's great news. Glad you were offered the job. Did you use anyone for interview prep? I'm going on 4 months since passing the Hogan, the recruiter that called me did email me and said she was no longer a recruiter and wished me luck. I am planning on going to OBAP at the end of this month to get facetime with them again.

Hello all, got the call yesterday. Was told to expect an email for the Hogan test but have yet to receive it (not in my spam either). Should I wait till Monday or call the person who called me yesterday and let them know. Not sure if it's normal to have to wait a few days to receive that email.

Go and get face time with them, I believe that is what helped me even though I have an internal rec. From what I understand is that they changed over the hiring process last summer and during my interview, HR mentioned that there are only 4 of them doing the hiring on the aircraft side and they received over 4000 applicants this year. Definitely do what you can to stand out in a good way. Sent you a pm for the interview prep.

Give it till Monday, I think they said it could take up to 48hrs but not sure. I would say if you don’t have it by Monday give your recruiter a shout.

My email for the Hogan came from this address. [email protected]. Keep an eye out for it and can easily go to spam like you said. Good luck!

They must be running behind.... when I went through the process I took the Hogan on a Saturday morning. Monday morning (2 days later) I got a call from HR telling me "Congratulations you passed the Hogan, then next step is to come out for an interview.".

I hope you are correct that they are running behind. I took the Hogan mid April and at the end it had a quick pop up that said I passed. Still have fingers crossed that they will call for interview soon.

Thanks! Didnt recieve it today so I'll be calling on Monday. Hope to have some good news after that.
