Only fill out a new app when HR instructs you to which would be when you get your FJO. They will tell you when to do it.

That’s bad gouge: fill out the new app every calendar year, irregardless of what HR says: your 2019 app expires 12/31. New app HAS to be submitted the next year.....

For those that have applied and received CJO’s this year with classes NEXT year, this still applies , you MUST fill out a new app in 2020 even though you have been given a CJO.

My buddy went through this recently, and I believe it to be accurate. Of course you may choose to do otherwise but I’d be surprised if you’re successful without doing so...

It’s accurate gouge. The system, in most cases, will trigger a new Hogan being sent to you. HR will instruct you to fill out a 2020 app when they call you for a class date. They will also instruct you to not retake the Hogan should it get triggered again for you. You don’t need a 2020 application to remain in the pool. If you’re in the pool, you’re in the pool. But, when in doubt just ask the people that interviewed you or HR via email. That’s always better advice than listening to any gouge on APC forum.
