Bottom line is minorities in aviation shouldn’t have to have their own job fair to receive equal treatment when it comes to opportunities or getting noticed. The more we label ourselves as “Group A” and “Group B Pilots Association”, the less diverse we’ll become. If we think diversity in the cockpit is a good thing, then we should stop separating pilots into groups based on skin color, sex, or sexuality. Counterproductive.

“All part of the test”? It takes a special kind of idiot to think those job fairs are a diversity “test” for white, male, and straight pilots.

You can join, they will happily take your money and support and that of the other thousand like you and me. They are named that way because the organization is that and supports their cause. They are the sponsor of the job fair. If you want to meet with UPS HR you are going to have to go an event that UPS HR attends. They attend these events because that's where the candidates are.

2019 First Officer Application completed.
2 out of 3 Applications are "Completed" and "Active", 2018 and 2019 respectively. Now waiting for a job fair, in order to gain exposure. I will update regularly as I did in the past. Any other suggestions are welcome.
