Thanks for the Help

Dear 747 Captain's.
I would like to extend a sincere thank you for all the help you are showing us. Especially when it comes to flying all the extra in the right seat you have been doing. I can not tell you how much it means to us that you are helping out in this dire time of need. We know you are sacrificing so much to put in the extra time.
It does not matter what that pesky union has to say, we know you will be here to help us out any time we ask. It really means so much to the management staff that we can mismanage and bungle so many things and you are here. We can hire less and less folks providing less quality lines and you are here for the company.
It means so much to us. Thank you.

Management

Hey. Thought you were staying away from this place!:) I got your email.

It is ridiculous how many ANC 747 Captains are taking JA's to the right seat (and of course to the left seat).

Hope they get the message soon.

Merry Christmas

Where do we find such key men?

Not only Anchorage B747, helping themselves to the JA opportunities

Trips are getting covered without RSV available in other places too

:D:D

You noticed that too? Company might have the right game plan after all....

Its not rocket surgery. Why the heck would the company pay 150% for all open time like they did in Nov when there's enough volunteers and RSVs at straight pay to cover most of the open time.

Then when needed, the JA incentive is usually accepted at the last minute with little effort on their part. It might be cumbersome for scheduling, but its keeps the pilot payroll lower.

Who would pay premium all the time when basic works most of the time ?
