Any intel on whether 22 Mar is a split class?

Invites are going out. Yes it's split, according to JT. 21 Mar/22 Mar

As far as the split class goes. Does anyone know which is the heavy class and which is the regular class?

Heaviest class? They’re all heavies! Generally 747 first day.

It's usually 74 and MD on the first day and the rest the second day.

Thank you rvfanatic. I can confirm that invites for 01 April are going out. Yes, yes I know, but that’s direct from HR. I am assessing 01 Apr is a Md/74 class, so maybe 01/02 April.

What’s the time frame from CJO to a firm offer?

Firm offer has normally come within 7-14 days from start of class.

YMMV, caveat emptor, etc...

Thanks for the info.... Putting in a notice at your current employer before having a firm would give me anxiety.

I felt the same way, but the firm offer isn’t as reassuring as you’d think. It’s just an email with the details for getting started. No employment contract signed or anything. I had to quit before getting the firm offer, and it worked out.

So no final class date offers for the March 22nd class?

I have a CJO that read "a March or April class" but had no definitive date.

I did all preemployment paperwork and drug screen and have not heard anything since. It has been over a month.

Is the March 22nd class a go? Does anyone have a final for the April 2nd class?

My CJO did not even have a class date, it just read "March or April class."

Is the final offer email different than the CJO email other than a specific class date?

Supposed to be in the March 22nd class anyone in the class and not receive a firm offer yet?

IDK what "supposed to be in a class means", but if you have a contact number I would use it.

I received a phone call for the CJO. have called numerous time a. The contact number says mail box full

I am in a similar situation. My CJO was an email that said "March or April class" but it had no specific dates and I have not heard a thing since I took the pre-employment drug screen and was instructed to fill out all pre-employment paperwork including W2, direct deposit etc.

I have emailed a few times and have heard nothing.

No final offer with specific class date or any type of class confirmation.

Any word on classes after the Planned April 1st/2nd class?

Check your junk mail folder as well. You should have received PRIA paperwork and instructions for the drug test as well.

From what I have read, some do fingerprints and drug screen on interview day.

From my experience, I was fingerprinted after the interview and did the drug screen after receiving the CJO.

Looks like we only had 4 Md11 guys hired today. :rolleyes:

4 MD-11 and 8 757/767. Think that's a limit on training slots or a limit on the number of people available?

They were the only ones who showed up NOT wearing loafers and cardigans...

I guessing lots of folks in the pool who would have gladly shown up.

They need split classes so they can control who gets the MD & B747.
