Default Interview question

The instructions for which documents to bring to the interview say to include "original college transcripts plus a copy." Does this mean bring the unopened untampered envelopes the transcripts were mailed in or remove the originals from the envelope?

Default interview

I took them out of the envelops and took them the original and a copy of the original .

They don't need to be sealed transcripts

I did just the opposite. Leave them in the envelope to distinguish them as originals, paper clip the copy to them.

My schools “official transcripts” were nothing more than a B&W copy with a black stamp on it that said “certified”... it looked a little hokey. Having it in the envelope stamped “original certified transcript” made it look official.

While we are on the subject of interview paperwork, the email interview invite specifically says do not bring letters of rec from former coworkers, bosses, friends, family, etc. It does NOT say anything about letters of rec from current UPSers. Are letters from current UPSers acceptable?

Thanks!

Usually not, there's no proof that you didn't write them. If it's an internal, they should have that anyways.

To rephrase that... have your internal submit your LOR through the internal web system; there is no need to bring it to the interview because it beat you there through the magic of electrons.

Does it help to have personal recs from UPS employees outside the pilot group?

IMO,If a supervisor or manager, and depending on supervisor/manager status am sure has benefit. Doubtful a rec from a another union non pilot employee would count for anything.
