MD-11

What’s the story with the MD-11? Are pilots going to be displaced off of this airplane? I head that even Captains might be displaced.

MD ANC is closing, and those crewmembers who did not bid off are being displaced in a bid that closed earlier today.

MD SDF is alive and well.

Last news I just heard was planned retirement was set for 2028. Should be out of the int’l arena in 5 yrs. All plans are fluid - this is UPS, after all...YMMV
