Getting to Pax terminal at SDF
 

If I come in on a UPS flight tonight, what is the easiest way to get over to the pax terminal?

A van leaves the back door of the ops building every half hour on the top and bottom of the hour. Easy peasy.

Just inside the sliding door, on the side of the first hallway away from the door, you'll find the van coordinator office. Might let them know you are a terminal run, just in case you are the first or only request.

Van usually stops at the crew lot first, but does not go into its security gate.

Technically, if you are offline they are not supposed to take you to terminal. But, if enough UPS guys are on van they usually try to hide you amongst them. Be prepared to Uber/Lyft from guard shack worst case.

Is that why the check IDs getting on the van AT the terminal?

Jeez, I'm local and the terminal isn't too far out of the way, have dropped plenty of commuters at terminal and hotels to save them any waiting.

Maybe ask if anyone can drop you off before needing to Uber.

That's exactly why they ask. Yeah, PITA, welcome to UPS. I would ask who ever is on the van with you what the best way to the terminal is. Someone will usually, but not always, offer up a ride.
