UPS Pay Scales
 
Are the UPS pay scales on APC 2019 rates? If not, is there a good place to find them (and perhaps 2020/2021 scales)?

I’m not a airline pilot. Question, when upgrading from FO to Capt, does the pilot take a massive pay cut, or is that 1st year Captains pay based off of one being hired directly to the left seat?

No pay cut...your years do not start over.
