There's also one new 748 and one new 763 to be delivered before the end of 2019, and I *think* we also still have four dry leased 767s to take delivery of.

Current average age of 2019 hires is 42.

Contract negotiations formally begin 1 Sept 2020, current CBA becomes amendable 1 Sept 2021.

Two of the “new” leased aircraft are on the ramp in CGN.

For the sake of statistics, I'm 30 and starting soon. I know of a couple 31yo and one under 30 in the seniority list.

392 was the first leased airframe, have we gotten 391 yet?

Word floating around the training center is 50C/70FO on initial bid. This was from the mouths of 2 training guys I was chatting with in the ASC a few days ago.

Thx Boiler for the a/c list.

50/70 on the initial bid would be fantastic.

Any rumors as to it being a standalone 747 SDF bid with backfills, or are they gonna roll it into the normal winter system bid?

And when is it coming? Kinda thought it'd be yesterday to ease the pain of looking at these Peak schedules ...

Last rumor I heard was standalone 74 bid mid November followed shortly by another bid in December. So that probably means 74 bid in January 😂

Nada, sorry. Conversation went straight to how senior it will go. Recon guys in our timeframe could upgrade faster than hold the R seat in the 74 this bid...?

Why do you think that?

I prediction I heard at the schoolhouse was that only 3-5 current 74 captains would be able to hold the new 74 domicile.

If I'm honest?

Probably because I'm expecting the churn will generate considerable movement across fleets in SDF, and lack the perspective of an ANC 747 pilot concerned about possible downside impacts to ANC trip and line construction.
