Indeed this was only a few weeks ago.

How long, historically, should we expect to wait for potential Hogan invites, job fair-triggered activity ?

Thank you
I hope yours comes right away! But I really don’t know that there’s a true ‘trigger’ anywhere. I got a business card at one once from the HR guy who slipped it to me under my resume. I thought I was ‘in’. Well.....I waited another two years after that.

Just be prepared for a marathon. I attended four job fairs over the course of two and a half years. At one point my application changed from green to locked to green again without any calls or invites for the Hogan. I was driving myself crazy by constantly checking and looking at my phone every time it rang with apprehension and hope. It wore me out in a lot of ways. I eventually just relaxed and just believed that I’d keep on living my life and enjoying my current job...and if I got a call, I got a call...if I didn’t, I didn’t.

Eventually I got the call. If I had it to do all over again (I’m not exactly hired yet, just have a class date), I’d tell my former self to relax and try to ‘enjoy’ the process/steps by not getting as wound up as I did.

I’m sure you’re likely already doing a better job than I did over all that, but I just remember all those moments and days of logging in to the website 10 times a day. I just wish I’d relaxed about it more. In hindsight, my anxiousness didn’t speed along the process one millisecond.

I’m sure you’re a good human being and one that will do well. They’ll surely realize that soon enough and you’ll get that call.

Best of luck, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for ya!

I attended the spring NGPA conference in 2019 got the hogan test in Sept (failed) just got the hogan again this past Jan (passed) and videoed the screen with my phone once again and saw the "passed" red flash. Got the call the very next day for interview for the following month. Hope this helps.

That is awesome! Best of luck for the interview! You will do well and get hired. Just put all your best into the preparation, be yourself, and you'll receive a class date in no time.

How did you get the second Hogan? I know a couple guys that have taken it and failed, never to be sent a second eval. Did you call them? How did you get one so quick?

Thankfully I still had the UPS reps card from the NGPA conf who set it up for me the first time. I called him left a message he called me back to say make sure y application is all up to date and I received the hogan link probably a week later.
