An AQP program equals tons of FAA’s red tape. So for now I’d think no BUT we’re in an uncharted territory so who knows..

Well it looks like the FAA is more apt to lift restrictions in these times. Just look at the O2 mask requirements.

Sim schedule shows training center running today...doesn’t *appear at this point* to have had a substantial impact on current or future training.

Not related to the corona virus but was told not to expect any additional newhires on the 747 from June and on... They’ll be upgrading our Anchorage 747 sim so we’ll only have our SDF and also the leased MIA sim available. The sim upgrade will take 3+ months.

There seems to be much more spare sim-time on many fleets. In the past landing currency and/or additional training had to be completed late at night. Nowadays it can often be scheduled during normal banking hours.. Hopefully the hiring will continue for a long time..

I think I’m locked as well. I have a Active 2020 app with UPS. I was able to edit until recently. The whole app is now locked with a pic of a lock next to all the fields except: Contact & Address info, and Employment history. Is this how your app looked before the call and Hogan. I checked 2 weeks ago and I was not locked. Not sure how long it’s been locked. No call yet. Thanks.
