Hard for some of us to understand the context since we don’t have access to the app. First Q, do you have a CPL? Many people have both. For example, it’s very common (for civilians) to have an ATP AMEL and a CPL ASEL. If this doesn’t apply to you then there is no other way to answer this question other than a NO.

FWIW, I had a Commercial before my ATP. I checked yes for ATP Certified and no for Commercial License. I also checked yes for Instrument Rating and both Turbo Jet and Turbo Prop. It didn't prevent me from getting an interview or FJO. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I applied in 2019 and my app went inactive as I’m only 2600TT at this time. Anybody know what the rough estimate is to keep the app from going inactive immediately? Want to keep an app on file but also don’t want to be wasting a total year because I submitted another app on the beginning of the year.
Yea, not sure. Im 4200TT, 2400Turbine 121 and 1200Turbine 121PIC and I got locked immediately as well. I also have a Masters Degree in Aviation, Enlisted Military experience and preference eligible veteran. So, im guessing I dont have enough Jet time, but its over the minimums. Your guess is as good as mine.

Two words. Job fair. UPS pilot application system is the same application portal that a driver, loader, or tech would apply. The only difference is the pilot addendum which is extremely generic. The application system is archaic in the sense that it isn’t pilotcredentials.com or airlineapps.com. Those systems are designed to filter candidates on a myriad of qualifications. UPS system doesn’t do that. If you go to a job fair, it’s possible that you can be “discovered” for lack of a better word. This isn’t like other airlines where attending a job fair in some cases will give you “extra points”. UPS will discover your qualifications at a job fair. That’s the best advice I can offer any prospective candidate. The icing on the cake is to have a letter of rec on file from a UPS pilot prior to attending the job fair. That’s the secret.
