For 600k we could have hired the best and brightest software, app, computer guys out there (for this level of programming) and it would have stayed in house.
why are we paying these people again? Paid some time ago, still can’t access my subscription. Totally worthless app, this should have come in house as soon as the period expired. Hell, we’re already spending EB and IPA time every other month anyway.... totally inept customer service, An app that’s barely functional, and way less user friendly since it started, what...3 Yates ago? Limited improvement, CS that never gets back to you. For the love of whoever, fire these people and let’s do this right! Rant over carry on.... |
Yep, can’t tell me how many guys I’ve talked to saying they will not renew next year. Time for the IPA to look elsewhere for something different. Just my opinion.

I have had no issues. Could always be better... as could everything. I do agree it shld cost less tho.

I don’t think you have been reading all the info coming from the IPA. It’s not that simple. It took moving mountains to have UPS agree to giving access to it’s systems during the 2016 CBA. Now that BidPro has access to UPS, switching to another vendor might provide to be a monumental task. Remember we are dealing with UPS!!

It works fine for what is was designed to do. There could always be improvements in any software as well the human factors user interface design.

I never had the legacy version so I don’t have anything to compare it to but, I’m fine with the iPad version.
