Default What's after the Zoom interview?

A couple of pilot candidates that have recently conducted Zoom interviews are wondering what's next. Has anyone heard of the actual sim evaluation being scheduled? It seems that the latest July 2020 new hires were from pre-Covid19 interviews with the sim evaluation.

So as of Thursday CJOs for the July class went out to individuals that did zoom only interviews... no sim. Now if this is a permanent solution or temporary I have no idea.

thats long enough. You need to start calling them. They have lost track of whom they’ve contacted before. UPS HR are not
professional HR experts. Many are “promoted” into those jobs from box loading jobs. Not a slam on promoting from within, but sometimes they aren’t professional. It’s embarrassing for all UPS pilots that our HR would leave someone hanging that long.

I would say hang tight. No one except those who were offered July CJOs have heard back since this whole Zoom interview started in mid March. I know it’s not great. I am pretty sure HR just this last week decided to forgo the sim portion... they are currently filling the July class and my guess is once that is complete they will begin sending out the remainder of us either thanks but no thanks or pool letters...

Really? Is this for sure? I was told no Zoom only interviewees had heard anything yet as they were still dealing with the pre Covid potentials.

They have lost files before and had no idea if someone was even notified. Two months after an interview gives you the justification to ask a simple question about your status. They want people who want to be here.

I would call. I would have any sponsor call.
