Is it correct to assume that successful interviewees are placed into a pot with a score, then when a class is planned they are picked in order and notified? If so does anyone know the planned classes for the year and around what date of each month they start contacting people?

Although, there was a post on the RST UPS page that said some are getting the CJO two weeks after interviewing

The newhire was ok with me sharing this info except for the the specific details. That’s why I’m somewhat vague here..
So basically, yes, sadly the rumors of looong pool stays for some are still true.

For those with apps in and who are currently available, what are you putting for your availability date? Aka, when you can begin work. Should one be updating that to the current date whenever you update your profile? Or is leaving it in the past just fine? Thanks for the insight!

Pretty sure it says they don’t want that. Recommend re-read instructions.
