Started Mar 2, awarded ANC 74. First system bid I was awarded SDF. Seniority trend shows you need to be around the 2700 mark, I am in the 3000’s. A few guys below me were also awarded SDF. so it’s very possible. The flying is better here in Anchorage, but I can drive to SDF and can’t really hold anything anyway. Can always switch back. Awesome place to work, you’ve scored regardless.

Congrats to all. I'm new as well. First week is surreal. So much excitement followed by death by PowerPoint. When you have the IPA dinner on day 7 it really starts to sink in how awesome this job really is. Hopefully they can get back to the pre covid process soon. See yall at the Galt House. As a recent addition I'd assure you that the vast majority of us are VERY aware of the absolute necessity of remaining unified. One unintended side effect of UPS tending to hire old(er) goats is that we've been around the block a time or two, and while we're extremely happy to be here, we're not "just happy to be here".
