Looks like those of you on the 10th will be starting out on the 74 or MD. If you aren’t thrilled with those options, don’t worry it’s a quick 18 months and you will be able to hold any fleet here.

Any idea between the 747 and MD11 which one tends to go more senior? I know priority is based off of age but just curious what a young guy might likely end up with between the two choices.

Flip a coin. There's no obvious order to who wants which. Some classes don't even have any MD slots. One thing you can count on: If you live in ANC, you'll get the MD. If you live in SDF, you'll get the 74. On the bright side, as mentioned above, 18 months and you can have any base and airframe you want.

It’s more like 24 months, maybe longer, depending when a system bid comes out, plus when you actually go to training.

Is the magic 18 month date the bid close date or the bid effective date?
