One more “locked” question

One more “locked” question
My app was locked around Sept of 2019, I never heard anything. Then in the last week of December 2019 I got an email to make another app, which I did. I heard nothing. In Jan 2020 I made another app like normal and just heard crickets. Again this year in Jan I made another app and just looked and it’s locked. IDK how long it’s been like that.
What’s the longest anyone has waited? (I know if I don’t hear anything by December I got my answer). How many have gotten locked with no call, like me in 2019? Does UPS do something where the pilots look at who is being considered for and interview and can deny an interview… maybe I ****ed someone off in my previous life.

Got hired somewhere else and moved on.
