Agree 100%. This was an issue with the company in the past, had lots of fights with the Company over it. The At-Large has the data and should be holding the company's feet to the fire on this.

I may be looking at this completely wrong, but there were 355 combined vacancies on those 3 bids and we’ve had 346 new hires since 8/2020. So just 9 left?

Per 14.E.10, vacancies generated by a bid have to be filled within 18 months or they expire. Vacancies that remain aren't obligated to be made available on a subsequent bid; they still exist alongside vacancies generated by a subsequent bid.
Bottom line: basic math says a vacancy bid is coming soon if hiring is to continue as rumored, but not necessarily required prior to an October class.
