Question about the initial resume review. It seems some have received an email with instructions to schedule it, and others got a random phone call out of the blue from a blocked/unknown number. For those that got a random phone call, did they leave a voicemail, or were you all just lucky enough to answer when they called? TIA.

Received another text and email for a new application early this morning. Went back in and my last one that was locked is now inactive. New one dated 12/26.

Why not do both? The more the merrier. Shows your level of interest, initiative, determination, and tenacity.
