I agree..maybe it is a lil relief from the peak schedules that we are seeing….cant imagine what next peak will look like.
But as you say..the pain is all relative to your seniority….and fleet.

As I stated, there are going to be the odd few here and there that can never see any wrong in anything. Talk to almost any UPS pilot, I am willing to bet 90% are ****ed at the severe schedule deterioration, which we can clearly see by the amount of early outs. I don’t know how UPS plans to keep up with retirements plus 19 new airplanes training the amount we are training now. Unless the plan is to park all the MD’s, then it makes sense.
The 74 currently runs extremely understaffed and people are happy making serious bank on it. Now this is coming for the 76, why is anyone surprised?

Question about the initial resume review. It seems some have received an email with instructions to schedule it, and others got a random phone call out of the blue from a blocked/unknown number. For those that got a random phone call, did they leave a voicemail, or were you all just lucky enough to answer when they called? TIA.

I received the same. Old app is now inactive and there’s a new app that appeared and is ready to be filled out dated 12/26. So, do we listen to the email and fill it out, or wait till after the new year?

Why not do both? The more the merrier. Shows your level of interest, initiative, determination, and tenacity.
