I'd love to apply, but I only meet the PIC time if I include my PC-12 (U-28) time.

Yes, but the application implies no. The method that seems to work best for making the system work is to put your military T-6 and U-28 (F-16, F-35, etc)time in the multi-engine turbine category and then in the note section say that you listed it there due to no other obvious place for it to go. That worked for several high time T-6 guys in my new hire class several years ago. Someone may chime in with more recent gouge.

- Flight Crew Application Supplement, Section II: Flight Time
- Part A (not labeled, but this is the table of hours) - List instructor separately in the appropriate column, and do not include it in the PIC column.
- Part B - Because you cannot separately annotate instructor time (i.e., you can only list Total, PIC, and/or SIC), include instructor hours with PIC and Total hours, as appropriate.
Again, this was what I did, and it worked well with no questions about flight hours. Good luck!

I don’t remember how the application is worded for that. However, almost every section has a notes area after it where you can explain yourself. Worst case, add it in (if you think it will make a significant difference) and explain your logic in the associated notes. This maximizes your automatic scoring while avoiding the appearance of lying or fudging the system. A human being will look at it before you receive a phone call/email and determine if what you put in is what they are looking for. Worst case, you get a question about it in the interview. I wound up adding a few hundred hours to my totals after getting the call that I hadn’t originally included, just don’t try to lower your totals. That looks real bad for the interview.

Do exactly that - list it as multi time and explain it. Their form is dumb. The people reading it are not.

PIC Hours
The Flight Hours Supp (page 2), in the App, separates PIC and Instructor time and then adds them together in the far right column. I wouldn't there, but, in the previous page I'm pretty sure it asks for PIC time in different ways. I think that covers the spirit of the intent...
