CardboardCutout BoilerUP thank you 👍
3300 ish or so on your property currently about right?
Sounds like some big staffing moves underway.

"We have received and reviewed your background application information. Unfortunately, we currently have many qualified applicants and will not be able to schedule you for additional testing at this time. Thank you for your interest in UPS".
I also saw that my application status says "inactive", which I assume is not what someone wants if they're trying to get an interview invite...has anyone else have this issue happen before? I definitely meet all the hard minimums. Pretty disappointed, I was zooming through completing the application just to receive that message

Get a rec, go to a job fair, or possibly just wait a while (unknown how long) to get it to Active. From there:
ACTIVE = keep updating your hours etc
LOCKED = good job, you're in line for a call (no guarantees it'll happen)
EMAIL for resume review possibly after that
Hogan test possibly after that
Interview invite possibly after that
I'm currently in the "Hogan passed and now radio silence" part of the process. There's no guarantee I'll ever hear from UPS again. Just keep at it!

I have had an issue, that I don’t see previously posted.
I completed the application, got a resume review screening and was told to expect a Hogan.
Last night I get the Hogan email and this morning I get a “Thanks but no thanks, apply again later” without taking the hogan or even clicking the link!?!?!
I’m very confused and at a loss as to what’s going on.
Any help? More important, anyway to talk to a human?

Sounds like HR can’t decide if they want to hire anyone or not. I’d take the Hogan anyway if the link works and see what happens.

I also received that when I submitted my app earlier today. Here's exactly what it said:
"We have received and reviewed your background application information. Unfortunately, we currently have many qualified applicants and will not be able to schedule you for additional testing at this time. Thank you for your interest in UPS".
I also saw that my application status says "inactive", which I assume is not what someone wants if they're trying to get an interview invite...has anyone else have this issue happen before?
