We understand there was some confusion with the original email, so we wanted to clarify the purpose of our message.

This is not a contingent job offer. This is a courtesy communication letting you know that you have been successful through our interview process.

My team will contact you in the next few weeks.

Thanks,

I would honestly take this as a overall positive sign - this is more communication from pilot hiring than I have seen in a long time. The fact that they have gotten back to actually telling people they were successful, and then clarifying the e-mail they sent out so quickly at least shows some effort on their part to improve a process that has frankly been a black hole the last couple years.

I know it has probably been said many times before here, but what company is best for interview prep?

Thanks

Having done both Emerald Coast and Spitfire Elite, I strongly recommend Spitfire Elite. Emerald Coast will get you there, but Spitfire is structured in a way to help you connect with the interview panel in a much more authentic way. Emerald Coast felt stiff and canned compared to how relaxed I felt after the Spitfire curriculum.

Spitfire also offers more resources, such as trip reports, airline-specific academics, etc.

What are the chances of getting the interview invite after successfully completing the Hogan assessments? And also how long roughly would the wait be?

This guy is amazing. I know of 5 guys, who used him and we all got the job.

Another vote for Adam. He was excellent, and he knows UPS.

Thanks you all for the advice in prep companies. Today I got my call with recruiter and all went well, he said to wait for Hogan test link.
