Yes, the ONLY application which will be accessible to the HR is your 2022 application.
This is nothing new; it’s been going on for years, every year the old app gets flushed and you must reapply.
Yes, the old application(s) is/are still there but visible to YOU only.
HR switches to the new applications at the beginning of new year as the old apps aren’t available to them - EVEN though they seem to be active. Think of your old apps as archived forms. HR doesn’t look at them. (Source former HR recruiter)
