Yeah, I’m a lot less interested in what my seniority will hold on the tail end of my career than I am on what it will hold for the bulk of my career. Those numbers are amazing if you are in your early to mid-30s. Not quite so nice for those a decade older. I will have solid seniority progression during my career here, but nothing worth beating my chest about. Our single payscale and pension are what made/make this job attractive to me.

Using your data source, Union bidding statistics, we have increased block hours by 8% compared to 2019 data for the same time period. There was a ton of extra volume during Covid for all the medical supplies, loss of belly space on pax carriers, container ship backlogs, etc. The loss of this is what we are seeing in the decreasing volumes from 2021/2. Nothing unexpected and was part of Tome’s better not bigger strategy.
