Worst days to offline JS on UPS

Real quick question...

I've been told a few times that certain days of the week are much worse to be an offline JS'er to SDF than others due to typical pairing starts...

I believe Monday evenings was one of them? Is that accurate? (maybe it is Tuesday evenings?)
