Gorging yourself on catering? Not even a concern when voting by text!

We have some folks who resemble that meme

Is there a way to see how many folks have voted to date? Is voting anonymous?

Tough to take 90 seconds out of one single day to cast a vote. 🙄

Makes it a little better if the ~190 retiring next month didn’t vote?

Another thought, from someone with only a short time here but a decent amount of time on the planet; getting ~80% of any group to do anything in unison, especially when the majority of the group are strong personalities, is a success.

It is a success for the vote itself. We had about a 5-7% greater turnout than normal for this type of election and we can assume a decent amount of the early-outs purposely abstained for their usual reasons which suggests we might have been even higher.

However, we missed an opportunity to fire a dead on target message to the company on the eve of negotiations that a 95%+ turnout would have accomplished: that we are engaged and mean business. If we want an industry leading contract in this environment we can’t fumble these little opportunities; they all add up.
