New routes to Venezuela?

So the President says the US is running Venezuela and that US companies will be investing billions in Venezuela. The obvious politics aside, is this likely to result in an increase in flying out of Miami?

More likely CRAF flying out of military bases, at least for awhile.

More interested in the likelihood of increased Venezuelan economic integration with the US which could result in more boxes needing to be flown back and forth.

Will be the next MD-11 route.

It will get put in 2603 for the MD11 but they have already signed the contract with a leased carrier to do the flying.
