Not to derail the thread, but perhaps it's relevant. What's the book that you wrote? Link?

About how long does it take from when one passes the Hogan test until interview, and interview until find out whether hired or not?

I know about the pool and how it's impossible to know when you come out...just curious about the timeline before. Recent Hogan success here.

Congrats on the recent Hogan. I've heard of several guys recently passing that took anywhere from 4 days to three weeks to the interview call.

They tell you at the interview you'll find out within two business weeks whether you're offered a pool letter or regret letter.

Depends what business you're in I guess.

At UPS you'll also discover that all days aren't created equal!

Does anyone have the sim profile that they are using in 2016? Do they ask any questions while you are at the sim?
Ex. reserve fuel, technical questions, ect?

Any new HR questions?
